Had a while today so have been putting some insulation I was given behind the ply on the van. Have finished both back doors and was working on the long side of the van. Whilst doing this the builders in the unit next to us arrived and gave me a ribbing about the van and asked if my wife had thrown me out, thanks guys!
Anyway I am used to being a figure of fun with the van so took it well! This was great as after having a laugh they then went into their unit and found out a load of insulation off cuts. Now I should have enough to do the van. It's the foiled backed Kingspan type stuff and I have been putting large bubble wrap into any voids left. Most of it is done now although the roof may prove to be interesting.
Also had the van up on the ramps and bandaged a hole in the exhaust. It's in the usual place on the front pipe between the bendy pipe and the joint.
Have sorted out a pressure washer to blast the rubbish off the chassis before undersealing. I am hoping that the pressure is not too great or it might blast some holes in it!
