Whats the point of this blog?

Good question.  Really it is just to document the exploits of running and using our van.  I hope you will find it interesting!  There will be some posts about the past history of the van, whilst catching up with the latest changes to the van also.

Why the blue van?  The van was bought to save hiring a van when we moved house.  As is always the case, when we needed one the choice was limited but this van was in the best condition.   Along with this, the van also has the turbo diesel engine.  After using the van for the move we decided to keep the van and convert it into day van/camper.

Glamper Van - OK so having decided to convert the van to a camper what was the main consideration.  Well cost really!  We didn't want to spend loads of cash on it so basically tried to use what we had, had given or could be bought cheaply.
